Discipline
“Discipline is the way in which good behavior is the wanted output. Discipline is the way of managing or training someone or something to be well behaved.”
Furthermore, discipline is everything you put into a person that influences how they turn out and it is what you do to encourage good behavior but everyone has a different way to discipline especially a child. Well before a person can discipline others, he/she must discipline his/her self first.
Accountability
“Accountability is the concept in ethics and governance with several meanings. It is often used synonymously with such concepts as responsibility, answerability, blameworthiness, liability, and other terms associated with the expectation of account-giving. As an aspect of governance, it has been central to discussions related to problems in the public sector, nonprofit and private (corporate) worlds. In leadership roles, accountability is the acknowledgment and assumption of responsibility for actions, products, decisions, and policies including the administration, governance, and implementation within the scope of the role or employment position and encompassing the obligation to report, explain and be answerable for resulting consequences.”
Moreover, accountability is taking responsibility for your words and actions. It means saying what you mean, meaning what you say, and doing what you say you're going to do. While the concept is simple, developing the discipline and the skills may not be. By losing touch with what is truly important, and judging yourself and your work by what others say, you can easily lose your vision, and consequently your way. To maintain personal and professional accountability, follow a few simple guidelines.
Don't lie to yourself. Take a daily look at the reality of your situation and use truth as a motivator. Not only is a lie hard to remember, but even tiny untruths build on each other and can become your agent of destruction.

Maturity
“Maturity is a psychological term used to indicate how a person responds to the circumstances or environment in an appropriate manner. This response is generally learned rather than instinctive, and is not determined by one's age. Maturity also encompasses being aware of the correct time and place to behave and knowing when to act appropriately, according to the situation and the culture of the society one lives in.”
In addition, maturity is the stage of full-grown development. It is usually measured in terms of age and physique. However, maturity for human beings must reflect not only on the biological concept of the word but also on the ability of an individual to take responsibility with one’s actions. This responsibility comes with wisdom, awareness of conduct and the capacity to anticipate the consequences of his decisions in life.
Wisdom distinguishes a mature man from what is right or wrong. In this way, he recognizes the truth from a lie and is capable of weighing what is righteous not only for one’s sake but also for the benefit of the rest.
